Share Your Successes

It’s tempting to focus on problems, but celebrating success is important because it:

  • Informs people what programs are working.
  • Recognizes individuals for hard work.
  • Can promote positive behaviors, like letting youth know most of their peers don’t use substances.

Consider:

  • Who would benefit from knowing successes?
  • What programs helped, and whom may you want to recognize for their efforts?
  • What tools can you use to promote success?
    • TIP: See KCTC’s customizable Social Media and Flyer Templates. These ready-made files make it easy to add your data and share on school monitors, web/social pages, and public spaces.
