Access Local Data

To see state, county, Community Mental Health Center or other regional data, simply go to the Results page and adjust the two filters under Select A Location at left.School administrators: Create a new or update an existing KCTC account to request access to district or building data, per instructions below.

Superintendents: Do NOT need to create accounts. Simply log in or reset password as needed.

Create KCTC Account

  1. Click Login (upper right corner) > Create an Account.
  2. In pop-up, Select Yes to access district data.
    • This sends email to superintendent, who will log into their account, click My Account > District Admin (top right), and grant access for your email address. That will send an email to you advising you have access.

Request District Data Access for Existing KCTC Account

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click My Account (top right) > Request Access.
  3. Select the district(s)/building(s) you want to access, then click Request Access.
    • This sends an email to your superintendent, who will log into their account, click My Account > District Admin (top right), and grant access for your email address. That will send an email to you advising you have access.
