Access Local Data
- School administrators may create a KCTC account to access their confidential district and/or building data. See below for instructions, or check out the help video at right. (School Superintendents do NOT need to create accounts. They simply log in or reset their password as needed.)
- Accounts aren’t needed to viewpublicly available data at county, CMHC, or other regional levels.
Create a KCTC Account
- ClickLogin in the upper right corner of any KCTCdata.org page.
- ClickCreate an Account.
- Complete the pop-up box that appears.
- Be sure to select “Yes” under “Would you like to access county level data?” and/or “Would you like to request access to district or building level data?”
- This will generate an email to your superintendent to approve the request. The superintendent will log into their account, click My Account > District Admin at the top right of the screen, and grant access to you based on email address. That will automatically send an email to you advising that the superintendent has given you access to local data.
Request Access to Confidential School Data for Your Existing KCTC Account
- Log into your KCTC account.
- Click theMy Account icon in the top right corner, and select Request Access from that drop-down menu.
- Select the district(s)/building(s) you wish to access, and then click theRequest Access button.
- This will generate an email to your superintendent to approve the request. The superintendent will log into their account, click My Account > District Admin at the top right of the screen, and grant access to you based on email address. That will automatically send an email to you advising that the superintendent has given you access to local data.
